Customers may cancel at any time with 48 hours’ notice; specific billing, proration, late-payment, and service-pause terms are provided at the time of signup and incorporated into these Terms by reference. A valid payment method is required to be kept on file for recurring service.

Property Access and Pet Safety

By scheduling service, the customer authorizes Pupkept personnel to enter the designated areas of their property to perform the service. The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access, including securing or restraining any aggressive animals during service visits. Pupkept reserves the right to skip or reschedule a visit if safe access cannot be obtained or if conditions are unsafe for our personnel.
